Senior Relationship & Process Manager

The role:


GT Process Management Center of Excellence is tasked with enabling all functions of Group Technology to achieve sustainable higher performance of their process execution. Our mandate is to architect and drive strategic process management across Group Technology through consistent application of process management frameworks, tools and governance, as well as providing design and execution expertise to continuously improve the performance of end-to-end processes.

As a central function in GT COO, we work in close partnership with the Process Sponsors and Process Owners across the key process domains of the GT value chain. The goal is to establish the necessary process management capabilities and infrastructure to fully realize the impact of the GT Operating Model promise of globally standardized, customer-centric and high performing process delivery.

The role is located in the UBS office in Zabierzow (Krakow Business Park).

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborating as E2E process improvement partner with senior leadership of the process domains to build and execute process transformation roadmaps across the following deliverables:
  • Defining process architecture and new process design for the respective domain
  • Document processes level 1-3 in central repository tool including interfaces, process roles, workflow tools etc.; and defining if they are fit for purpose or in need improvement
  • Defining and managing process ownership, governance and respective tools and ensure this is reflected in regular operations management practice
  • Applying methods and tools to measure key KPIs for processes and analyzing the process for most significant improvement opportunities
  • Creating and monitoring the process performance dashboard to drive continuous improvement
  • Ensuring consistency in deployment of new processes/process automation tools within assigned area of responsibility
  • Defining E2E process improvement heat maps and prioritization of initiatives
  • Ensuring overall alignment across process domains with the strategic priorities of GT
In essence, this means you will be the key driver for helping Group Technology transform to a process driven operating model to elevate the performance of GT for our clients.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated success in process transformation initiatives
  • Proven track record of delivery against complex/sensitive programs coupled with ability to drive consensus, and constructive challenge
  • Experience with business process management, ideally from IT and banking environments
  • Experience with process optimization methodologies
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Ability to foster team work and collaboration across own and virtual team constructions
  • Excellent problem solving and conceptual skills
  • Strong presentation, networking and influencing skill
  • Strong demonstration of UBS's principles and behaviors
  • Ability to travel 10% of the time
