developing, testing and supporting new Reports and Dashboards designed in accordance with standard design principles and conventions
maintaining existing reports and supporting implementation of new solutions;
quick and effective evaluation of the feasibility and complexity of the business requirements;
solving detected technical issues in reporting and establishing missing functionalities
working closely with various stakeholders;
creating and maintaining required documentation;
communicating risks and issues withing reporting areas.
relevant technical experience of working with Power BI or similar reporting tools; min. 3 years of experience; knowledge about DAX will be a great asset;
good understanding of technical aspect of processes/reports like data models and reports structure, typical problems in environments, limitation and capabilities in particular technologies;
University Degree in relevant area;
a very good command of written and spoken English;
strong ability to break down a problem into logically smaller manageable parts to solve; creative in seeking for solution;
capability to extract, transform and load data, designing cubes and parametrized reports, design dashboards in Power BI;
good communication and building relations among different group of people, group of interest with strong service mentality;
ability to translate functional requirements to technical requirements by preparing technical documentation abut process/report with formal requirements;
ability to assess new ideas and provide solutions;
ability to work effectively alone and within teams with a “hand-on” approach;
strong interest in growing your own technology skills.

have experience with Agile tools and technologies;

Meet the team
Reporting Center Team is new team established in Poznań. The main responsibility of the team is to identify business needs and implement various reports to support all Carlsberg entities in driving their businesses decisions. Reporting Center Team is maintaining reporting apps using Power BI solution with the new data platform introduced in the group to visualize results, track performance, support decisions makers etc.
Here in Poznan we have ambition to create advance Centre of Excellence that will participate in developing reporting system for Carlsberg Wester Europe Region. Currently we are at the beginning of our journey and looking for individuals that want to be part of this exciting journey.

developing business reporting features based on the reporting systems used in Carlsberg (e.g. PowerApps, SharePoint, Power BI);
supporting Business in identifying potential reporting and analysis needs;
solving detected issues in reporting and establishing missing functionalities;
