Your responsibilities
Contacting with various stakeholders/counterparties from EMEA, LATAM, APAC region, follow-up on aged items:
Preparing monthly balance sheet account reconciliations.
Analysing intercompany AR & AP Aging.
Recording, reconciling, and analysing intercompany accounting activities.
Monthly closing intercompany accounts.
Preparing accruals for missing payables.
Ensuring correctness of consolidation data and Out of Balance report.
Seeking to continually improve the processes and tools used in processing intercompany transactions to optimise how they are managed.
Cooperating with various teams to ensure the accuracy of the process.
Participating actively in business projects.
Supporting to the Local Finance regarding current ICO account issues.
Transfer pricing process support annually.
Arranging to provide the coding for invoices.
Working with AP to ensure correct payment process.
Involving in creation of AR invoices
Our requirements
Bachelor's degree (Master’s preferably) in Finance & Accounting.
Minimum 3 years of same filed experience or accounting experience in a corporate multinational environment preferred.
Able to work and analyze on big number of intercompany data.
Ability to both works individually and as a part of the team.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills (Formulas, functions, and Pivots); Knowledge of Macros will be a plus
Strong organizational skills
ERP (Oracle, SAP, MS Dynamics) experience preferred
