For our new established center Miele Global Services we are looking for Candidates for the position of:
Senior Sales Agent

You will be responsible for:

  • supporting sales back office;
  • supporting retailers in handling their daily business;
  • creation a positive customer experience for each retailer and relevant touchpoint;
  • providing training and support to Junior Agents;
  • accepting and processing home appliance orders from our retail partners;
  • checking the ability to deliver, possibly offering alternative solutions and telephone product advice;
  • creation of offers in coordination with the sales force;
  • clarifying customer complaints even in the event of an escalation;
  • entrying and releasing of credit notes and returns according to specifications;
  • instructing and training junior employees, monitoring their work execution and checking / improving work results for the team;
  • processing general administrative tasks of the department;
  • delivering input to continuous improvement and potential enhancements of processes and solutions.

What we expect:

  • relevant work experience in a contact center;
  • Bachelor (e.g., Business administration or of a comparable study program) or equivalent/higher education;
  • excellent written and oral communication in English (any other language is a plus);
  • good MS-Office skills and already first experience and skills in SAP;
  • excellent communication skills;
  • assertiveness, flexibility, resilience;
  • good Team-player able to work in cross cultural team;
  • customer-centric mindset;
  • solution-focused - acts ’customer first in perfect execution’;
  • attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate results;
  • agile working way
