Your responsibilities

  • Lead or support the negotiations to close the deal. Ensure customer concerns are resolved during negotiation and contractual process,

  • Develop the sales strategy for specified business area (partners/customer/industry),

  • Identify and qualify opportunities to establish a pipeline which will meet targets within designated accounts,

  • Execution of contract negotiations,

  • Jointly establish value proposition and win strategy for all qualified opportunities, with senior sales colleagues and establish a closing plan and own role within it. Provide management reports as required. Oversee overall pipeline development on names accounts with a lead role,

  • Actively and personally develop appropriate customer relationships that will support the overall Account Plan. Develop a strong influence and coaching network within the customer and relevant partners above the portfolio focus. Utilize social media tools to build relationships,

  • Identify and create a strategy for beating the competition. Provide a barometer of current client needs and work to evolve the company portfolio and capabilities so that they continue to meet and stimulate customer demand,

  • Identify and influence decision makers, influencers and other stakeholders (internal and external). Identify and implement methods to influence stakeholders and participate appropriately. Create, maintain and expand a network of productive relationships with customers,

  • Take leadership role in coordinating customer engagement across a specialized portfolio,

  • Together with designated bid team, provide and present appropriate input to company bid review process. Bid at budget and technical analysis level (e.g. market consultation),

  • Submit accurate and timely monthly sales forecast and regular updates to line management,

  • Maintain a high level of knowledge of products, services, market intelligence and competitive insight,

  • Adhere to company defined governance procedures and sales management tools including the client relationship management (CRM) database to manage campaigns within and across borders. Ensure the proper use of specified company tools and processes to manage sales opportunities,

  • Identify, motivate and communicate with virtual teams to effectively support qualified opportunities,

  • Identify the clients’ key business targets, analyse the relation of the targets to IT projects,

  • Promote the company portfolio, organize presentations / workshops,

  • Cooperate with the company’s technology and trading partners,

  • Sale of services (Service Desk, Platform Migrations, Implementation, Outsourcing of IT Services),

  • Sale of products (Hardware+Software) as essential elements in the execution of the client’s digital transformation.

Our requirements

  • Have at least 5 years of relevant work experience in a similar or related field,

  • Experience in sales in the solution selling model,

  • Proven accomplishments in solution selling,

  • Openness and ability to build long-term business relationships,

  • Ability to work in a team environment,

  • Knowledge of key IT market trends (Cloud, Hybrid IT, Data Protection, Application Transformation),

  • Ability to manage virtual project teams,

  • Good knowledge of spoken and written English,

  • Category B driving license.
