Essential responsibilities:
- Analysis of business requirements and mapping them to Salesforce capabilities
- Developing and maintaining business requirements on Force.com platform applying best practice of design patterns (with ability to utilize Salesforce built-in functionalities)
- Designing solutions based on the capabilities of the Force.com platform including industry best practices (configuration vs. coding)
- Presentations of design and implemented solutions to customers
- Creative approach for solving common challenges across projects
- Manage a small (4-5 persons) team in the scope of composing and delegating tasks, monitoring the progress of work and taking the responsibility for the quality of the whole solution provided (e.g.: as a (eg: Lead Developer or Team Leader)
- Recruiting new team members
- Being responsible for training and mentoring junior members
- Performing evaluation process of team members
- Being responsible for the management of internal team (motivating people, resolving conflicts, help them to grow in the organisations)
- Building a team spirit and sense of common purpose
Qualifications:
- 3+ years’ experience in Salesforce technology
- 3+ years of experience in delivering commercial CRM projects
- Salesforce Certificates (e.g.: Platform Developer I / II, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, etc.)
- Proficiency with APEX, Visualforce, Lightening Design System
- Experience with web technologies like HTML, Javascript, jQuery and CSS
- Experience with REST and SOAP web services
- Competency with relational database and SQL
- Ability to manage and deliver set of complex business requirements
- Confidence to inspire and guide people towards a common goal for everyone’s benefit
- Ability to perform and document the results of business and system analysis (e.g. in form of users stories, processes, diagrams)
- Very good communication skills
- Open-minded, seeking for innovative solutions
- Creative approach for solving common challenges across projects
- Self-Starter Attitude
- Very good English, capable to manage communication in a team, moderate discussions, draw constructive conclusions, resolve conflicts
Nice to have:
- A self-motivated Salesforce enthusiast who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working as a Development Lead, Team Lead or Solution Architect
- Experience in working in Agile projects
- Strategic thinking and tactical project planning/management skills
- Experience in performing configuration of Continuous Integration tools
