Your responsibilities

Working in our SAP Consulting Department as an implementation project manager
Being responsible for all aspects of project management, including scope definition, requirements gathering, detailed project planning, monitoring and controlling, risk management through to successful launch and post-go live adoption
Defining the project’s objectives and overseeing quality control throughout its life cycle
Management of project phases from initiation through planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, formal closing, and preparing for Post-Project Review
Ongoing collaboration with the implementation team and project stakeholders
Supporting junior project managers in the execution of tasks
Communication with C – level management

Our requirements

At least five years of experience in SAP project management with clear evidence of successful application of project methodologies
A track record of successful delivery of projects in an international environment, combining enterprise system configuration and operational readiness
Focus on integration of all project elements (scope, time, cost, quality, resources, communication, risk, procurement, and stakeholders) to achieve the business and technical goals
Experience with projects involving logistics modules would be an advantage
A proven track record of working with cross-functional international teams, including software development, supply chain, logistics, would be a strong asset
Technical experience in leading projects (from the product development process, IT operations, interfaces and workflow)
Proficient knowledge of project management methodologies (including SAP Activate)
Higher professional education
Ability to report on project status and negotiate at the C-level
Proficient knowledge of MS Office tools
Proficient knowledge of project management tools (e.g., SolMan, MS Project, JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc.)
Communication and teamwork skills
High level of independence of action and very good organization of work
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
C1 English knowledge (communication fluency in spoken and written English, working in an international environment)
Category B driving license
Willingness for business trips (up to 50% of the time)
Project management certification would be a distinct advantage
Open to multicultural environment and nationalities
