About the project
TCL Research Europe is a new R&D center focused on creating Artificial Intelligence and Cloud solutions for global products of TCL, a leading consumer electronics company with 75 000 employees across 78 countries, ranked n°2 worldwide TV producer.
We are looking for skilled Senior Serverless Engineer to our cross-functional Cloud & Big Data team responsible for building new Big Data Platform and data products common for all TCL devices – TVs, mobile phones, smart home, ACs, etc.
Your responsibilities
Involvement in the design, prototyping and delivery of software solutions in Cloud
Development of data-intensive applications with APIs
Ensuring high quality, efficient and tested code
Providing valuable feedback during code review
Our requirements
Professional experience with AWS or other major public Cloud provider (especially: AWS Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, Kinesis, SQS, S3, …)
Experience in one of programming languages: Python, Scala, TypeScript, Java
Experience in building distributed, service oriented, microservice-style and cloud-based application architectures
Familiarity with relational & non-relational databases such as MySQL, Postgres, DynamoDB, Cassandra
Experience with Git, Maven or sbt, Docker, CI/CD and bash
Experience with Infrastructure as Code technologies like CDK, Serverless Framework, Cloud Formation, Terraform
Good command of English both written and spoken
Optional
AWS certification
Experience in frontend development (JavaScript, CSS, React, …)
Professional experience in one of areas: Big Data, Data Warehouse
