    Senior Service Delivery Lead - F&A and Procurement Industry

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for overall management of an assigned client (S) within work streams for Commercial Organization.
    •  Primary face of Conduent to clients. Responsible for client satisfaction, growth of business and profitability.
    • Owner of overall business plan for accounts, including performance improvements, cost optimization and growth objectives.
    •  Works with team and client regarding sales/marketing efforts for new business development and creation of overall client strategic plan. Ensure that  allclient SLAs are consistently met
    • Manage service delivery team; responsible for operational results of operational teams across different locations.
    • Demonstrates knowledge of all of Conduent’ s solutions and services and determines ways to deliver value of services to clients.
    • Responsible for the client-relationship and reference-ability.
    • P&L responsibilities for a multi-million dollar account portfolio. Must meet or exceed established revenue, profitability, and signings goals.
    • Work with Leaders and Global Processing teams to identify and manage service improvement activities
    •  Identification of new business leads and revenue generation.
    • Participates in proposal preparation activities.
    • Ensures the client focus, goals and objectives are achieved
    • Manages existing contracts including change orders & related projects.
    • Assists with new contract negotiations as required.
    • Manages client issue escalation.
    • Manages performance reporting against contractual obligations.
    • Monitors accurate revenue, compensation and expense budgets and forecasts for the portfolio.
    • Coordinate all internal Service Delivery reporting including Hot Client lists, Requisition approval processing, COI tracking, etc.

    Skills and Experience:

    • Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred in Business or related service delivery area.
    • 8 years or more of progressively more responsible leadership experience, with experience managing high-level operations in a service delivery organization.
    • Experience managing large P&Ls ($20XXm+)
    •  Strong client relationship management experience preferred.
    •  Experience building senior executive and C-level relationships.
    •  Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficient in metrics utilization and analysis.
    •  Demonstrated ability to innovate solutions to problems.
    • Effective in building relationships with constituencies and subordinates.
    • Able to motivate others toward a strategic end.
    • Computer MS Office Suite (advanced) and analytical skills.
    • Demonstrated experience in planning operations and management of budgets.
    • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a global network and support execution through geographically dispersed broad organization
    • Experience working in a matrix organization. Experience working in a large multinational environment continuously evolving
    • Ability to demonstrate deep domain knowledge and provide instill confidence to the client.
