About the project

In this position, you will ensure the new Cytric Travel & Expense solutions and features are designed and developed aligned with the needs of the Customer Success Operation teams (Support, Implementation, Learning) and our Partners. You will transform the Customer Success Operation teams needs and our Partners efficiency needs in serviceability requirements to be prioritized and delivered by the Feature Teams.

Your responsibilities

Ensure the Serviceability by Design of the new Cytric Travel & Expense features:

- Identify the needs of the Customer Success Operation teams (Support, Implementation, Learning) to rollout and deliver new features to customers

- Validate the serviceability requirements are prioritized and delivered by the Feature Teams according to their Definition of Done

Review the product specifications and trouble shooting guides to ensure quality services can be delivered

Manage the transition phase from the Design to the Delivery and Maintenance of the new features:

- Follow the design, specification, testing phases to ensure the required technical/functional knowledge of the new features is transferred to the Customer Success Operation teams

- Shared knowledge to the rest of the Customer Success teams

Our requirements

  • Demonstrated delivery of complex technical (ideally On-line Travel & Expense Tools or other Corporate solutions ERP-like) projects in the eCommerce/digital transformation space would be advantageous

  • Good knowledge and experiense of support, training and communications

  • Analytical skills to identify risks and solve any problems which may arise

  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and trends

  • Fluent English (team is fully international)
