Your responsibilities

  • Development of internal SharePoint/PowerApps solutions as per organizational demand and prioritization in line with Management by Metrics principles

  • Development of on demand SharePoint/PowerApps solutions for OpCos / Central Functions

  • Optimal usage of available data sources 4)Maintenance and development of existing solutions 5)Maintenance of the inventory of solutions in SharePoint/PowerApps

  • Support of SharePoint/PowerApps community / Key Users Network in HGSS organization

  • Ensure that all the SharePoint/PowerApps solutions adhere to standard

  • Support of CPI and efficiency improvement initiatives driven in HGSS by creating proper insight into structured data

  • Support and right hand to BI Solutions CoE Lead

Our requirements

  • Bachelors or Master’s degree in IT/Finance

  • Ability to understand system complexity and translate technical concepts into solutions/applications

  • Experience in workflow modelling & application design

  • Strong knowledge of SharePoint, InfoPath, SharePoint Designer, Power Apps, Power Automate

  • Ability to develop online applications using SharePoint workflow tools & MS Power tools

  • Ability to draw conclusions, escalate issues and define recommendations Nice to have


  • Good knowledge of SQL, MS Azure

  • Experience in working with SAP tables, SharePoint Application

  • Minimum 3 years of practical experience in creating applications in SharePoint/InfoPath/Power Apps
