Your responsibilities
I. System Software and Quality Assurance:
Plan and execute engineering quality assurance activities for programs. Ensure Quality Assurance across complete V-cycle and focus on work-product content,
Work to define metrics for system and software quality and productivity. Coordinate metrics data collection,
Working with the software architects, to ensure target design is robust and document the design decisions as well as support with specifying the interfaces between the software compositions,
Working with developers/test engineers to ensure complete test coverage and traceability,
Support System/Software Open Point Fast Response project activities and lead resolution of complex systems/software issues, including failure replication, root causing and corrective action,
Lead MAN.3 Gate Readiness Reviews,
Support in finding a solution to customer complaints and escalation.
II. Compliance with standards and continuous improvement:
Support and facilitate compliance with standards (Automotive SPICE, ISO/IEC15504, ISO 26262), and with lifecycles such as Agile SCRUM and V-Model,
Coach and guide system and software developers in process execution,
Plan and implement project-related software development continuous process improvements,
Helping to define the development process to incorporate QA activities.
Our requirements
Experience in SW quality assurance or in SW development or in SW testing,
Experience with carrying out QA activities throughout the full software development lifecycle as well as agile and waterfall SW development methodologies,
Experience in implementation of process models and standards such as CMMI, ASPICE, ISO/TS 16949,
Successfully completed studies in the field of electrical engineering, computer engineering or a comparable qualification,
Fluent English,
Can-do attitude, ability to learn quickly in fast-paced environment,
Very good knowledge of quality management and the development processes according to Automotive SPICE,
Experience in functional safety and cyber security is an advantage.
