End to end responsibility for Logistics category for UPM Biochemicals in Germany
Daily cooperation with Logistics team based in Leuna, Germany
Plan, manage and execute sourcing events (RFI, RFP, RFQ, e-auction)
Provide senior level expertise, guide and influence stakeholders in driving complex sourcing projects
Create competitive sourcing tactics for sourcing event execution
Identify proactively opportunities to reduce spend and optimize supply base
Analyse and evaluate supplier's performance, manage supply base
Use e-sourcing platform to enhance sourcing event execution
Ensure efficient, effective Source-to-Contract process implementation in your everyday work
You have a Master’s degree or other relevant professional qualification in related area
You have at least 5 years of work experience in sourcing, preferably in a global transport organization (with a focus on land transport)
You have experience in logistics and/or transportation planning in international transport/forwarding environment
You are fluent in English and German and you have experience in working with German suppliers
You have strong skills of e-sourcing tools and logistic tools. Experience of SAP Ariba and myLeo is considered as an asset
You are proactive, service-oriented person with strong communication and influencing skills
You have good collaboration and team-working skills with flexible and positive attitude towards changes
You have self-management skills and are not afraid to take initiative and challenge the status quo
You have excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills
