Assist with the management of a client-facing deliverable to the highest standards of quality
With minimal supervision the Senior Associate PM will be asked to:
Manage junior and senior team members and develop appropriate training plans
Effectively leverage technology systems to support delivery effort
Assist in defining processes and technology build for legal outreach and negotiation projects
Develop and manage a project plan
Manage budgets, client communications and resources
Identify risks and issues and develop appropriate mitigation plans
Proactively manage and monitor execution of deliverables and status
Manage the critical path, dependencies, and contingencies
Ensure the project stakeholders' expectations are understood and managed
Oversee adherence to all Factor Methodologies and quality assurance processes
Communicate with clients when necessary, maintaining excellent communication skills and a professional and warm approach
Effectively and efficiently operate in a deadline driven environment, with high attention to detail, in order to meet client expectations.
Contribute to building Factor’s proprietary Intellectual Property in the rapidly changing Managed Contracts Services business area.
Be comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of autonomy and accountability.

Must be eligible to work in Poland
6 months experience in contract outreach and negotiation projects
A minimum of one year of experience in project management and team leading exposure
A minimum of one year of experience of client service and problem solving leadership within a professional services firm
High focus on client’s needs and consistently raising the bar on service excellence
Ability to act with substantial latitude with minimal supervision from the Project Manager
Meticulous attention to detail
Superb time management, judgment, decision-making and problem solving skills
Thrives in both individual and collaborative team environments
Strong communication and presentation skills
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (including PowerPoint and Excel. MS Project experience highly advantageous)

We’re looking for a Senior Specialist to join us in our Wroclaw Office. As a member of our team, you’ll be responsible for supporting the project manager in the implementation and day-to-day management of large scale, complex projects and take a leading role in managing and implement smaller scale projects. The individual must be results driven with a strong sense of client satisfaction and excellence in quality.

This position is based out of our Wroclaw office and reports to the Senior Project Manager.
As a member of an ISO Compliant center, the candidate will be required to follow the policies and procedures on Information Security Management System in place at the Centre of Excellence and globally at Factor. As a member of the Factor team, the applicant will have access to various company and client assets and will be required to maintain the level of security as identified for each asset.
