About the project

Warsaw based Delivery Tribe squad is part of Global KYC Delivery Tribe organization within ING COO which delivers global solutions across 20+ countries, affecting 36 million ING customers. Squad cooperates with other business squads to ensure road-map creation, support for backtesting and optimization processes as well as proper and smooth creation of lookback alerts.

Scope of responsibilities:

* Post-FCRM Lookbacks - generation of the alerts;

* Event driven Lookbacks - generation of the alerts;

* Special Assignment Lookbacks - performs additional research and analysis where the lookback request does not fall into the scope of FCRM;

* Road-management - creates and manages roadmaps for Lookback projects.

Your responsibilities

  • Identification and analysis of business issues in Transaction Monitoring Lookback data,

  • Communicating and aligning with stakeholders to agree approach for data set,

  • Preparing setup and generating alerts.

Our requirements

  • You have a university degree (preferably in IT, Engineering, Maths or Economics/Business) and you have a minimum of 3 years of working experience in IT process,

  • You have advanced technical skills - SQL and Python (Spark) (at least one year experience),

  • You are familiar with data analysis packages/suites and you have an understanding of data governance, data quality, data quality remediation and you are strong analytical thinker,

  • You have Experience within the areas of Financial Economic Crime, Anti Money Laundering or Compliance is a plus and experience in guiding and realizing regulatory/processes changes and translating regulatory requirements into functional designs and/or processes,

  • You have an ability to clearly and succinctly express ideas, facts and opinions. Is able to express them fluently both in speaking and writing, supported by appropriate tools,

  • The ability to recover from setbacks, learn from critical feedback or failure, and persevere in the face of adversity,

  • You show openness to change and altering behaviours in order to work effectively when faced with new information, a changing situation and/or environment,

  • You are fluent in English (speaking and writing).
