Your responsibilities

  • Global capacity forecast including amount of planned / unplanned provisioning and requests

  • Support Demand Management Process for global services and products

  • Participate in and/or manage relevant projects regarding services and products

  • Ensure continuous service and product improvement

  • Ensure Compliance with global processes and guiding principles

  • Ensure process conformity (IT processes, Management Handbook)

  • Ensure and comply with security guidelines

  • Ensure & account for audit correctness / completeness / IKS

  • Execute IT purchasing processes for service creation / transformation

  • Ensure License compliance for responsible IT services

  • Budget planning & control of all service-related costs / investments / employees

  • Control and business year forecasts of investments / external services / costs

  • Define and maintain IT product charging for services

  • Cover Schaeffler business processes for service delivery

  • Ensure effective business support with fitting service solutions

  • Ensure usage of IT-Demand Management process for service transformations

  • Know internal customers and adopt business/user requirements for service and product development

  • Define service management and operations concepts

  • Define service operations model

  • Planning, implementation, and control of sourcing services

  • Analyze market trends and developments future-oriented service strategies

  • Evaluate latest technologies, validate business benefits, and enable global rollout

  • Coordinate, plan, introduce and operate IT services / products

  • Take responsibility for service creation and/or service adoption

  • Initiate and accompany change processes

  • Ensure and continuously improve reliability and availability of IT-Systems for the Schaeffler Group

  • Plan, define and maintain targets for service quality and KPIs

  • Reporting of service quality, availability, reliability, compliance, and security

  • Health Monitoring of IT Systems to proactively avoid errors

  • Check and ensure compliance of IT systems according to the Schaeffler standards

  • Ensure reliable and stable service operations with corresponding user support

Our requirements

  • Excellence in communication with active networking, Fluent English skills in speech and writing, Social and intercultural sensitivity, Negotiating skills & persuasive powers, Deep knowledge within conflict management / management of complex situations

  • Multi-year service operations experience and project management, Management experience with multi-national teams in matrix organizations, Distinctive adoption of existing IT processes (Inc.Mgmt, Prob.Mgmt, Change Mgmt, IT Demand Mgmt, IT project handling, IT business process knowledge, etc.)
