Senior Specialist, Payroll & Administration

The team is currently made of 6 people, who are dedicated to provide services for Carlsberg Shared Services, like payroll, performance management, internal trainings, recruitment, onboarding, employer branding and many others.

Joining us means…

  • strengthening an internal HR team;
  • working closely with various stakeholders (GSS employees, GSS Finance department, law company, Social Security, TAX office and other 3rd parties) to ensure quality delivery of services;
  • resolving non-standard inquiries that will challenge your knowledge and motivate to develop further;
  • having multiple opportunities to grow professionally and personally through a variety of interesting projects and initiatives that will shape the future for you, our office, and the whole Carlsberg Group;
  • working with great, motivated and full of passion team.

Your responsibilities will include…

  • administering and running payroll in accordance with operating procedures, Polish regulations and deadlines;
  • ensuring that payroll is processed efficiently, effectively, accurately and are paid on time working to strict deadlines;
  • ensuring that new joiners and leavers are processed correctly and in a timely manner;
  • ensuring and maintaining strict confidentiality over employee data and information, ensuring full compliance with GDPR;
  • preparing HR documents, guides;
  • liaising with external partners and ensure legal compliance;
  • other duties as assigned.

We are looking for a person who…

  • has Master Degree;
  • has min. 3 years of documented experience in similar position – with Polish payroll; preferably in accounting office
  • is able to ensure compliance with Legal rules and policies;
  • can deliver payroll & HR related processes timely and with high quality;
  • has a good command of written and spoken English;
  • navigates easily in Office365 environment and has advanced hands-on knowledge of MS Excel;
  • is a team player who proactively collaborates and strives for solutions which are win-win-win for the company, for the colleagues and for himself / herself;
  • is analytically strong, really cares about the success of the business and their people and is ready to go ‘the extra mile’ to deliver and track the results;
