Senior Specialist Supply Chain Operations - 1 year contract

Department:  Supply Chain / Planning / Customer Care

Location: Wroclaw (Breslau), Poland

Employment Type: Regular Full-Time

 

Position Description

  • Calculate the costs of repair or renovation of returned instruments and issuing invoices or direct debits to the relevant parties.
  • Issue transport orders for the instruments or spare parts returned to the respective suppliers.
  • Monitor the inventory of demonstration instruments and relevant spare parts.
  • Maintain administration and logistic services of sale processes of demonstration instruments and return cases.
  • Coordination of Demopool activities – cross point for 3PL and counterpart teams / users.
  • Troubleshooting on daily 3PL operations EMEA.
  • KPI reporting and adjustments to meet target requirements (internal & 3PL).
  • Ensure and control demonstration instruments fulfillment and timely distribution.
  • Complaints processing and control of preventive actions implementation.
  • Maintain and adjust processes and their documentation within the area of responsibility.
  • Invoice processing operations: 3PL invoices check & performance monitoring for assigned CC's.
  • Support to internal projects.

Position Requirements

  • Background in Supply Chain, Logistics and / or Foreign Trade and or Economy.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant areas.
  • Very good English language skills (German would be an additional asset).
  • Knowledge of ERP Systems (SAP preferably).
  • Knowledge of foreign trading regulations.
  • Strong software skills in Excel, Power Point, Word and Visio.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, to work pro-actively and independently.
  • Attention to detail and demonstrated time management skills.
  • Fast learner.
  • Customer oriented mindset.
