    Senior Strategy Manager, CE Strategy Team
    Location: Warszawa

    You as a Senior Manager Strategy, member of CE Strategy team, will be working together with Director Strategy and Business Development to develop strategic insights and support the decision making of the CE Leadership Team.

    As part of this, you will be responsible for:

    • identifying business opportunities and translating them into strategic initiatives
    • developing effective recommendation for the Leadership Team members (GMs and Functional leaders) to make final decision
    • participating in implementation of key projects and taking responsibility for the execution and ultimate results

    Furthermore your scope of responsibilities will include:

    • leading the highest impact initiatives (e.g., service improvements, fundamental changes to business model etc.,)
    • end to end ownership of selected innovation initiatives and strategic alliances
    • driving discussion on budget alignment with strategic priorities

    The role requires seamless blend of top-down rigid strategy approach with down to earth, rolling-up-sleeves implementation of strategically vital projects.


    To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

    • University degree, Globally recognized MBA preferred
    • ~5 years of experience, preferably in top-tier strategy consultancy
    • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in project management and strong problem solving
    • Good understanding of Finance, Marketing, Sales and Supply chain related issues is required
    • Preferred exposure to CPG, FMCG, e-commerce industries
    • Functional experience in digital/ e-commerce/ data and analytics will be a plus
    • Ability to influence executives and peers in cross-functional teams
    • Exceptional work ethics, drive for results and motivation
