About this opportunity

Welcome to the Service Excellence team. We add value by providing support in digitalizing, automatizing & improving user experience for core People (HR) Services in Nordea. As Senior SuccessFactors Specialist you’ll play a valuable role in maintaining & developing SuccessFactors solution worldwide in Nordea.

What you’ll be doing:

As SAP SuccessFactors Specialist in Nordea you will have an impact how people services are being perceived by over 30k+ employees. As the owner of one of SF modules, you will be responsible for its design, architecture and improvement road map.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • gathering business requirements for system changes & development
  • working closely with other functions of Group People, like e.g. Reward, Talent to understand business needs toward the system
  • prototyping and building proof of concepts in SuccessFactors environment, especially Employee Central & Compensation
  • creating design specifications for new functionalities/changes
  • creating test scripts for Business and end users of the system
  • conducting tests for new functionalities
  • coordinating implementation of changes to the system delivered by vendor
  • troubleshooting and solving incidents with the system usage
  • being involvement in SuccessFactors development projects, e.g. implementing new modules or development already implemented solutions (especially Employee Central & Compensation)

You’ll join a Service Excellence which is international, development team, focused on delivering digital support to HR Process & excellent user experience. The role is based in Poland, in one of Nordea office location: Łódź, Warsaw or TriCity (Gdynia/Gdańsk).

  • have willingness to develop in SuccessFactors/HR IT area (SAP Learning Hub subscription is available for employees)

Your experience and background:  

  • experience implementing or supporting SAP SuccessFactors modules, especially Employee Central and Compensation (customization/configuration)
  • consulting background and SF certificate is a strong advantage
  • understanding of SF suite and HR process
  • very good command of English (spoken and written)
