Your responsibilities


- Being the process expert and playing the role of consultant/trainer for other Team members

- Supports Team Leader in managing day to day topics for operational activities (escalations/queries)

- Further develops and harmonizes supply chain processes

Demand Planning area

- Responsible for providing demand output on restaurant and market level

- Controls and optimizes forecast quality and accuracy for promotion and regular items

- Steers the operative demand planning processes under the aspect of cost optimization (e.g. avoiding special deliveries caused by inaccurate demand forecast)

- Plans product tests/product launches

- Validates the DC Forecast as input for procurement and for operations

Supply Planning area

- Provides correct order proposals on daily basis making ordering process accurate and easy for customer

- Identifies items and adjusts stocks and safety stock on market and on store level

- Reacts on Customer request and analyzes the restaurant situation (e.g. special deliveries, quantity claims, store transfers etc.)

- Controls and optimizes accuracy of supplied quantities on item level

Our requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in comparable position/ area

  • Very good written and verbal communication skills in English are a must (min. B2 level)

  • Knowledge of supply/ demnad planning methods and processes (including statistics)

  • Extensive knowledge of common MS Office applications and subject-specific IT systems (planning software, etc.)

  • Very good analytical skills

  • Reliability, team-oriented and systematic way of working

  • High result and goal orientation
