Your responsibilities
- Administrating, maintaining and supporting business & custom systems,
- Administrating, maintaining and supporting business & custom servers,
- Manage and resolve incident, problem and change tickets, troubleshooting,
- Monitoring and performance analysis,
- Tasks coordination among internal and third-party teams,
- Participation in projects
Our requirements
- Good communication skills,
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to different situations,
- Ability to work independently and act as a part of the team,
- Proficient knowledge of Windows servers 2008-2019,
- proficient knowledge of operating systems (Windows and/or Linux),
- knowledge of VMware, VCenter
- English B1 and higher,
- Familiar with ITIL or Agile methodology,
- PowerShell knowledge will be a plus
