Your responsibilities
To review, monitor and enhance our contractual, financial, operational and servicing arrangements with our Partners
Ensure consistency across TA Partners, the adoption of best practice and adherence to tax, regulatory, Industry and Franklin Templeton driven requirements
Act as point of escalation for operational teams in the event of issues with our TA Partners
Conduct reviews with vendors to enable us to drive service improvements and enhance the customer experience in conjunction with Intl TA Oversight EMEA
Support our business partners by identifying vendors in new and changing markets; conduct annual and on-site diligence, negotiate fees and service levels and establish the relationship
Lead on-site diligence and RFP reviews
To oversee all Partner client documentation and mailings ensuring content accuracy
Generate pricing models and assist with product profitability
Oversee invoice reconciliation and approval process and manage vendor budgets
Our requirements
Prior experience of working in or with Transfer Agency or Relationship roles
Good knowledge of the European regulatory regime for funds including the specific expectation of best practice in outsourced fund administration oversight
Strong team player who works effectively in an open, nonhierarchical environment with a willingness to learn and embrace change
Self-starter displaying professionalism, energy and the ability to prioritise time, work under pressure within a small team and meet tight deadlines with good attention to detail
Must be client focused and able to react and resolve operational issues in a short time frame
Analytical with good interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in the use of excel including use of formulas, Macros, modelling
Proficient use of the English language
The role will require an element of travel from time to time

What is The GSS Partnership Management (GPM) team responsible for?
The EMEA & Americas TA Oversight & Client Relationships department provides TA service delivery and business partners oversight, as well as key distribution relationship support, for the funds domiciled in the EMEA Region.
The GSS Partnership Management (GPM) team sits within this group and aims to support the business and its customers through the management of all TA Partners/vendors, ensuring exceptional service is maintained with Franklin Templeton playing a key role in driving market development and change, aligned with its own changing needs. The team will provide key Partner/Vendor relationship support alongside TA governance and oversight for the funds domiciled in the EMEA and Americas region. In line with the Franklin Templeton Code of Conduct, ensuring the highest ethical standards in all aspects of business activities.
