Your responsibilities
Lead full life cycle talent acquisition process for Senior and Specialist positions.
Direct Sourcing and pipelining of high-quality candidate pools using social media and other networking tools and channels.
Ensures excellent candidate experience throughout the entire process.
Partners with Hiring Manager and HR to develop strategies that result in securing all facets of high calibre talent to meet business needs.
Recommend and implement recruitment-related ideas and strategies that will contribute to the business results of the company.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and other Talent Management team members.
Participate or lead special projects including assessment of best practices in Talent Acquisition processes as required.
Our requirements
University degree a business or scientific related area.
Several years’ recruitment experience In-house, agency and/or RPO on an international scale; ideally in the dental/life science/ healthcare industry.
Experience in commercial/sales recruitment highly advantageous.
Proven success in active sourcing and managing the full life cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interview assessment, offer negotiations.
Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations, latest recruitment trends etc.
Experience with competency-based interviews and other assessment methods.
Fluency in English is mandatory; any other EMEA language is a plus.
Experience in working within remote global teams and Matrix organisations will be beneficial.
Proficient in utilising an applicant tracking system for sourcing, tracking and managing candidates in-depth business acumen, excellent senior stakeholder.
and candidate management skills, high degree of professionalism with a confident, assertive style and the tenacity to deliver.
