Your new role

For our location in Gdansk we are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist - Knowledge Center

Responsibilities and tasks:

• Acting as a point of contact for the business area/line managers on day-to-day recruitment activity
• Providing end-to-end recruitment service for Knowledge Center located in Gdańsk with focus on IT Recruitment
• Identifying, engaging, qualifying and developing candidates to ensure the right candidate is hired into the right role
• Organizing and conducting online/ F2F interviews
• Measure and report on recruiting metrics
• Advising/coaching Hiring Managers on recruitment policies & procedures; selection processes and interview techniques
• Being a point of contact for external providers and partners (Recruitment Agencies, Job Boards, Universities)
• Taking part in recruitment marketing activities to build company brand on the local market

What you'll need to succeed

• At least 5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience with a focus on IT recruitment
• English on B2 level or higher
• Experience with using professional social networks (LinkedIn, in particular)
• Knowledge about local labor market trends and related challenges
• Higher education (preferred fields of study: sociology, psychology, HR or similar)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good prioritization and coordination skills
