Your responsibilities

  • Leading and coordinating day-to-day operations of global technical support team (3rd line)

  • Leading and optimizing work processes, including good practices, pro-actively plan platform capacity for the environments.

  • Coordinate daily with team leads within the department

  • Managing delivery of Service Level Agreements within managed service area and continuously develop the infrastructure environment.

  • Creating and maintaining effective cooperation with other global teams within IT organization.

  • Acting as a Point of Contact for problems and escalations.

  • Supervision and guidance of a group of individuals located in countries like Poland, Philippines, Portugal and set targets, coaches and assist employees, conduct performance management.

  • Managing performance and efficiency of the team based on sufficient analyses and reports.

  • Creating and maintaining process documentation.

  • Participating in budget plans and close cooperation with vendors.

Our requirements

  • Minimum 5 year of hands-on experience on the similar position leading end users support team,

  • Wide horizon of general IT knowledge, including (but not limited to): Citrix technology, in particular Citrix Virtual Applications and Desktops (XenApp), Thin and Fat Clients for RDS and ICA services, Microsoft Windows Server environment, Server and Application Virtualization;

  • ITIL practitioner – ability to operate in ITIL driven environment,

  • Ability to explain IT technical subjects and term to non-technical audience,

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent experience,

  • Strong communication skills towards all levels of an organization,

  • Experience in a technical customer-focused environment.
