Your responsibilities

  • Executing the full recruiting life-cycle for IT roles, including requirements management, sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates

  • Developing partner relationships with hiring managers to understand hiring goals and expand recruiting strategies to effectively meet them

  • Utilizing advanced sourcing methods such as Boolean search strings and social networking (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, GitHub,...) to source and reach out to passive candidates

  • Working with the Talent Acquisition Team on a variety of projects that support the whole team's goals (e.g. training, employer branding activities, sourcing strategies, metrics)

  • Creating and managing of “talent pools” for frequently hired roles to build an internal database of qualified candidates for future needs

  • Acting as an advocate for candidate experience by setting expectations, communicating timely updates, and providing actionable feedback

  • Working on continuous improvements in recruiting metrics

  • Representing Brainly during a range of internal and external events

Our requirements

  • Experience in running end-to-end recruitment processes for technical roles, supporting multiple teams (at least 4 years in the recruitment area)

  • Experience in recruiting the best technical talents in a fast-changing environment

  • Experience in finding candidates that work with the newest technologies

  • Consultative communication style and influence skills that advance the experience both the hiring managers and candidates

  • Thinking outside the box, coming up with new innovative ways to drive recruitment effectiveness

  • Ability to manage a complex workload

  • Taking initiatives. We're looking for thinkers, not order-takers

  • Data-driven and metrics oriented person

  • Ability to develop a trusted relationship with the hiring managers

  • International and cultural awareness

  • Thirst for knowledge - know the latest trends in recruitment, test new tools, keep on optimizing your efforts

  • “No task too small or too big” approach

  • Awesome storytelling skills- you can easily share Brainly’s mission and getting candidates excited about the opportunity

  • Great sourcing skills and up-to-date knowledge of the newest techniques for sourcing the best candidates including hard-to-find technical candidates

  • Ability to swiftly build candidate pipelines

  • Experience in working with Greenhouse or equivalent ATS experience will be a plus

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter

  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written (B2/C1 level)
