Your responsibilities
- Planning, tracking, documenting and coordinating project and support tasks for the Polish team, based on the skills and availability of the engineers
- Supporting general manager, team members during the different phases of infrastructure implementation (Planning, Design, Development, Testing, Deployment, Support)
- Working across the business, IT and external partners to develop, agree and execute a detailed cutover plan
- Assessing and managing project risks (migration infrastructures to cloud, build cloud infrastructures)
- Automating the project management process
- Planning and managing team resources within the project
- Identifying opportunities to simplify processes with a view to removing complexity from the company
Our requirements
- Experience in management of the development, migration and maintenance of infrastructure, initially during the roll-out and subsequently for the support of the chosen solution across the Clients
- Project management experience in migration, building cloud infrastructures
- Knowledge of agile methodologies - nice to have
- Experience in planning long and short tasks of projects in ticket systems (Jira, Redmine, Zendesk)
- AWS (Amazon Web Service) implementation experience - would be an advantage
- Commitment to achieving delivery targets
- Initiative and follow-through ability
- Fluent in English
- Open and trustworthy
- Good communication skills
- Ability to thrive under pressure and function effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Highly-developed computer skills (MS Office, Windows)
- Ability to drive cross-group problem solving, customer advocacy, and ability to apply creativity, critical thinking, and solution-mindedness in a dynamic working environment
- Attention to detail with strategic thinking and strong problem-solving skills
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, both written and oral with technical and non-technical staff
