Your responsibilities
- lead and execute on a global, technical SEO strategy that supports our key strategic goals of increasing non-branded, organic sessions and improving operational excellence
- conduct technical SEO audits of national domains, prioritize action items, execute on tasks together with developers, review all implementation and evaluate the performance impact
- regularly monitor the technical performance and health of GetResponse’s global domain portfolio; pro-actively ensure all domains live up to key performance benchmarks
- provide support to SEO Content Managers in day-to-day on-page tasks relating to technical SEO
- create, maintain and communicate reports with key technical SEO performance indicators for key domains
- establish best practices and implement them in the larger organization to support our SEO goals; share findings and knowledge with the rest of our SEO team
- research, create and deliver projects that support the automation of manual tasks within the SEO team
Our requirements
- more than 3 years of technical SEO experience, preferably also involving international SEO and hands-on SEO automation
- strong knowledge of the most common on- & off-page optimization factors in SEO
- moderate-to-long project management experience
- C1 level in English and Polish language, respectively
- solid knowledge of the most common metrics used in Google Analytics and Google Search Console
- strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- excellent verbal and written command of the English language
- demonstrable knowledge of market-leading SEO tools: Google Search Console, Google Analytics and
- a crawling tool of choice, such as Screaming Frog or Ryte
- a log file analysis tool of choice, such as Screaming Frog or Ryte
- a pagespeed tool of choice, such as Google PageSpeed Insights
- a keyword research tool of choice, such as Ahrefs
- a ranking tool of choice, such as Serpstat
- a link tool of choice, such as Ahrefs, Linkody
