About the project
Become a part of 3rd line DELMIA Apriso Support team as a Senior Specialist. You will be primarily responsible for the incident and problem management, diagnosing and isolating issues within supported services, monitor services health and initiate immediate repairing procedures for critical issues for international companies worldwide.
You will work closely with development team, clients and partners to provide fixes against issues reported by the customers.
Your responsibilities
Providing a 3rd line of Technical Support for our product
Maintaining communication with system administrators and/or implementation partners
Diagnosing problems reported by Customers and suggesting solutions or workarounds
Coordinating the implementation of solutions
Working jointly with other departments (R&D, QA, Services) in order to improve the product
Responding to queries in a shift pattern to support our 24/7 operations continuity
Our requirements
Experience in database administration and tuning (MS SQL Server or Oracle)
Good knowledge of SQL, PL-SQL/T-SQL
Troubleshooting and debugging skills
Administering MS Windows Server environments
Hands-on experience in PowerShell
Basic knowledge of JavaScript, HTML and CSS
Understanding of a software code
Bachelor/Master's degree in the related field, preferably in Computer Science
Customer orientation and high personal culture
Experience in similar role
Fluent English
