For our Client we are looking for candidate for a position of: Senior Technical Talent Attraction Specialist.
Your responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of a full cycle recruiting process including job intake, sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating offers for technology roles
- Build and maintain a high-quality candidate pipeline to source and attract talent as well as help position Client's as an employer of choice
- Build relationships with stakeholders, serving as their consultant in regards to recruitment, and keeping them constantly informed on hiring progress
- Continually strategize on how to source high quality talent
- Continuously improve and iterate on the candidate process as we strive to offer a best-in-class candidate experience
- Keep abreast of best practices in recruiting, developing new strategies and researching recruiting events to attend as needed in order to fill a pipeline of candidates for current and future job opportunities
- Assist with other recruiting activities, projects and tasks as assigned
Employer requirements
- You have 5+ years of experience in a full cycle recruiting role, as a technical recruiter
- You are a recruiting business partner and excellent communicator
- You are customer service oriented, and known for providing the best recruiting experience to both hiring managers and your candidates
- You have experience managing and advising internal stakeholders
- You have impeccable attention to detail
- You are agile and thrive in a fast paced environment
- You have an ability to think outside the box (i.e. someone who can develop and use creative strategies to source and attract candidates)
- You are committed to recruiting diverse and inclusive teams
