Support global transfer pricing strategic projects such as business supply chain planning, business restructurings, acquisition integration, etc.
Acquire and be able to utilize systems skills that will allow work to be done within Oracle EPM (Panning and FCC) and SAP, utilizing custom queries and reports.
Conduct detailed economic and financial analyses to determine optimal solutions to intercompany transaction flows (tangible assets, intangible assets, services, etc.).
Independently review and perform testing on the intercompany transactions to determine whether adjustments should be made to the transfer prices and ensure such changes are executed accurately.
Analyze transfer pricing impact of organizational and/or business changes through detailed financial analysis and reporting.
Partner with Finance and IT to improve the data management process in order to identify, analyze, determine and test transfer prices for inter-company transactions.
Create ad hoc analyses and respond to business inquiries to understand tax, transfer pricing and entity profitability impacts.
Develop and advocate for automation, simplification, and standardization in reporting.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, information technology and/or business administration.
3-5 years of experience in finance/accounting with an FP&A, tax or transfer pricing emphasis.

The Senior Transfer Pricing Analyst is responsible for a supporting various global transfer pricing planning, execution, reporting, and audits. The role reports to the Global Transfer Pricing Manager and engages with other FP&A teams and business partners to facilitate the accurate and timely implementation of the transfer pricing policies. The role utilizes global consolidation financial systems (EPM Planning and FCC) and SAP to provide planning, forecasting, causaling and reporting processes and analyses in support of Rockwell’s cross-functional transfer pricing models that reflect business operations, optimize tax efficiency, and adequately mitigate risks. The role will also include supporting the preparation of various types of documentation, including BEPS-compliant Country by Country reports, local, and master files, to support controlled transactions undertaken by the Company.
