Your responsibilities

  • Gather data in support of analysis and research on various projects.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of value-adding processes and systems,

  • Act as a partner for the business.

  • Support migration of services (Lift & Shift, Transform & Shift).

  • Educate internal stakeholders on newly implemented solutions (document specifications; arrange and perform workshop, training, user acceptance test).

  • Review accuracy and monitor the progress of projects. Ensure data quality, and consistency and conduct data audits. Communicate findings. Identify and address data quality issues.

  • Track initial requests and change requests.

  • Lead programs and projects (transitions, implementations, improvements).

  • Lead change in the organization.

  • Organize and participate in workshops.

  • Use knowledge and expertise to develop high-quality project deliverables.

Our requirements

  • Min. 8 years of professional experience working on projects in an international environment.

  • Experience in project management, from conception to delivery within the finance area.

  • Solid understanding of Order to Cash processes, especially: Customer master data entry, Quotation management, Order and contract entry (creation, availability check, and booking), Order fulfillment (physical and digital fulfillment), Distribution, Invoicing, Customer payments, and collection, Cash application, Deductions, Collections.

  • Knowledge of project management systems and methodologies. Proven project management qualifications (e.g. Prince2, Agile) will be an advantage.

  • Fluent English language.

  • Knowledge of SAP (incl. BW) would be an asset.

  • Experience in the SSC environment.

  • Preparing complex data and comprehensive reports.

  • Understand project planning and scheduling and the effect these have on project budgets and forecasts.

  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

  • Good understanding of data visualization and information design concepts.

  • Ability to apply logic to solve business problems through a detailed analytical approach.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines while maintaining focus in an environment with conflicting demands.

  • Drive to overcome the most challenging or difficult obstacles and look for ways to improve results.

  • Ability to translate requirements into a business case.

  • Ability to understand internal clients’ needs and challenges and apply creative and logical approaches to identify solutions.

About the role:

Senior Transformation Project Lead maintains and further develops standards and processes. Leads end-to-end business process definition and improvements across process areas, with the goal to achieve high acceptance and efficiency. Works closely with Global Process Owners, and operations teams to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes, and budgets for projects. Performs various tasks related to project and program management, like performing process and risk assessment, due diligence along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and business cases. This role is responsible for liaising with internal clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives and ensuring that clients' needs are met as the project evolves.
