Twój zakres obowiązków
- Evaluating of the individual risk quality, and appropriate pricing, terms and conditions on which to accept new and renewal business.
- Supporting sales teams negotiating and securing strategic international clients wins.
- Ensuring full compliance with local regulation, laws and Group internal guidelines, following up complex contractual, legal and tax issues.
- Following up technical results and suggesting corrective measures in product / pricing decisions, identifying key trends in performance across geographic entities and distribution channels.
- Contributing to the improvement of underwriting tools & methods.
Nasze wymagania
- University degree in finance, business, economics, legal, mathematical based sciences, or other related field
- 5+ years professional experience in insurance, with specialization in underwriting, pricing and portfolio monitoring, ideally in an international environment
- English (C1), Polish - native
- MS Excel Proficiency
- Experience working with MS SQL (or equivalent) database
- Statistical knowledge
- Ability to communicate clearly on complex topics to all levels of colleagues including senior management.
- Proactivity, service and client orientation

To support Allianz Partners growth strategy in new products and services diversification, you will be part of the MDDR/EL International Case Underwriting team that drives the development of:
• Appliance Protection;
• Digital Risks;
• “Easy Living” (Life care, Tele health, Convenience services and Medical network) business, which are key growth drivers for the Group.
The role will be reporting to Regional Head of Mobile, Device & Digital Risk (MDDR), also have a strong working relationship with other Business Units outside Poland.
