About the project
As a Senior User Experience (UX) Designer, you will be a member of a multinational team of product managers, engineers, testers, and designers to build world-class applications for users around the world.
You will work side-by-side with a Product Manager to create interactive experiences for one of our core SLM (Service Lifecycle Management) product solutions. You will work through the entire development cycle: from gathering requirements from internal and external stakeholders, through the development of workflows and information architecture, creation of wireframes and prototypes to the validation of implemented solutions.
Your responsibilities
Be a partner for the Product Owner in gathering, analyzing, and understanding business needs.
Collaborate with a product team, other UX specialists (writers, researchers, visual designers), both locally and across the world to create the best experiences for the Users.
Create various deliverables (wireframes, prototypes IA, User journeys, and flows). You decide which tools to use to support User and business goals.
Translate complex concepts and requirements to easy-to-use and effective solutions.
Design cross-platform (web & mobile) interfaces.
Bring wireframes to life with interactive prototypes for validation with Users.
Organize and run User research activities on your own or alongside a UX researcher. Conduct usability testing sessions. Explain research results to internal and external stakeholders.
Iterate through design concepts and implemented solutions to enhance User Experience.
Continuously refine your own design process.
Learn about the Supply Chain Management domain. Be curious about the industry to be an effective end-user advocate.
Contribute to global UX strategic initiatives.
Our requirements
Minimum 5 years of working in UX. Experience in UI, Visual, or Interaction design is welcome.
Minimum 2 years' demonstrated experience in designing experiences of enterprise applications.
Strong ability to scope and identify design requirements.
Excellent understanding of various design processes and their application in the development life cycle.
Expert knowledge of web & native mobile application design methods, usability, navigation schemes, hierarchy & composition, information architecture, and current design trends/best practices.
A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), basic user testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability, and accessibility concerns. Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions.
Experience in using design tools, such as Figma, Sketch, Axure RP, or similar (we use Axure & Figma).
Proven history of creating wireframes, workflows, and information architecture for complex web enterprise solutions.
Experience in organizing and conducting User research sessions (interviews, usability testing).
Experience working directly with Product Owners, and the software development team across the entire development life cycle. Experience of working with agile software development will be a plus.
Attention to detail and care for producing polished work.
Being responsible and self-driven, showing a proactive and pragmatic approach.
