Your responsibilities
Processing service orders, control quality and completeness of reports delivered by technicians
Enter order confirmations into the system
Ensure timely and accurate billing to customers
Prepare statistics and reports related to service administration
Electronic archiving of all relevant documents
E-Mail contact with customers and stakeholders
Our requirements
At least 1 year of experience in similar positions
Very good knowledge of German (min. B2 level)
Good knowledge of English
Well-developed MS Office skills
Details attention and focus on time frames
Ability to work according to clearly defined rules
