Your responsibilities
SAP Service Orders Processing: Effectively process service orders in SAP, ensuring smooth operations and seamless coordination. You'll oversee the quality and completeness of reports delivered by our technicians, maintaining the highest standards,
Billing and Invoicing: Showcase your expertise by accurately invoicing services, repairs, and installations. Your attention to detail will guarantee timely and precise billing, enhancing customer satisfaction,
SAP CRM Data Management: Serve as the custodian of our CRM database, meticulously maintaining customer information and device records. You'll refer to the information provided by technicians and customers, keeping the database comprehensive and up to date,
Global Collaboration: Foster strong partnerships with our European business partners, working together to drive mutual success and seize new opportunities across borders.
Our requirements
Previous experience in similar positions will be a valuable asset,
German at a min. B1 level is essential for effective communication with our German-speaking stakeholders,
Strong English language skills are a must-have, enabling seamless collaboration with our diverse global team,
Well-developed MS Office skills,
Attention to detail and process-oriented attitude,
Knowledge of SAP CRM will be an added value.
