Your responsibilities

  • Customer service - process orders (One time services/Service Agreements/Extension of Agreements) in SAP

  • Database administration - document/monitor cases in dedicated CRM systems; maintain customers and instruments data base

  • Logistic support - instruments’ deliveries, returns and replacements

  • Accounting support - Invoice service activities; manage credit/debit notes

  • Position attractiveness:

  • Work in an international environment on a daily basis

  • Development of knowledge not only on customer service but also sectors such as accounting or logistics

  • Trainings related to the company’s portfolio

  • Trainings related to the personal development

  • Language courses

  • 3 months of an individual training on Service Admins daily tasks

  • On the job learning as soon as possible

  • After a trial period further development is discussed with the manager upon the personal and departmental requirements

Our requirements

  • Advanced/fluent knowledge of English and German languages

  • At least 1-year documented experience in customer service/sales area

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook

  • Experience with SFDC and SAP is beneficial
