Technologies we use
Customer service - process orders (One time services/Service Agreements/Extension of Agreements) in SAP
Database administration - document/monitor cases in dedicated CRM systems; maintain customers and instruments data base
Logistic support - instruments’ deliveries, returns and replacements
Accounting support - Invoice service activities; manage credit/debit notes
Work in an international environment on a daily basis
Development of knowledge not only on customer service but also sectors such as accounting or logistics
Trainings related to the company’s portfolio
Trainings related to the personal development
3 months of an individual training on Service Admins daily tasks
On the job learning as soon as possible
After a trial period further development is discussed with the manager upon the personal and departmental requirements
Advanced/fluent knowledge of English and Italian, knowledge of German would be an asset
At least 1 year documented experience in customer service/sales area
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook
Experience with SFDC and SAP is beneficial
