Your responsibilities

As a Service&Support Administrator, you mostly take care of administrative and operational, internal tasks, as well as provide support for UK end-consumers.

You will be a full-time team member of 10 people and your daily tasks will


● Support critical business functions through timely and accurate date entry

● Support the onsite Finance&Operation team with everyday tasks

● Execute ad-hoc and scheduled reports to support downstream business process

● Support english customers by email, chat and occasionally by phone(3h per day)

● Collaborating with the teams in the on-going build out of standardisation and automation

initiatives for continuous improvement

● Understand the Tipser platform in-depth and make the best of it for our Merchants, as well as for the end-consumers.

Our requirements

  • English (C1), as we are an international team in all offices and you will be in contact with

  • english end-consumer (in addition french will be a strong asset)

  • Basic excel skills and detail orientation

  • A master of finding the right solution for us and our customers.

  • No previous experience in customer service/operations is required, but it would be helpful if you have worked in the broad sense service industry.

  • You work well under pressure and keep a high level of service.

  • You are very communicative, as well as problem-solving and inventive in your daily work.

  • You will be part of a working environment where you should be able to manage your time

  • according to the workload yourself and being able to handle stress and ad-hoc matters.

  • You are self-going and happy to pick up any challenges

  • You are eager to learn and curious about tech/e-commerce, Tipser being a tech-company within e-commerce.


  • Have an understanding of Natural Language Processing, Computer Vision and Deep Learning

  • Know either of Python, Scala, .NET, Go, TypeScript, Ruby - we use them daily!

  • MongoDB/ElasticSearch/BigQuery experience is a plus

  • Software/system architect experience is a plus

  • AWS/GCP/Docker/k8s experience is a plus
