    Department Description

    The Support Services Business Operations (SSBO) Team is single point of contact for Motorola Solutions throughout Europe, North Africa and Middle East Services Organization. This team supports Customer Support Managers (CSMs) and is responsible for Service Contracts management in Oracle EBS R12 system and invoicing of support services delivered by MSI in the region.

    Service Contract Administrator

    Job Description

    • Contract Management including contract setup in Oracle EBS R12 (data entry and update), entitlement, automatic invoicing, updating order in the system
    • Creating contract acknowledgment documents for customers
    • Working close with CSMs around service contracts (new service contracts, renewals, billable services)
    • Creating manual invoices and credit notes in Oracle EBS R12
    • Keeping track of orders 
    • Maintaining database entries related to new or updated contracts 
    • Working close with peers within SSBO
    • Acting as customer facing ambassador for Motorola Solutions
    • Conducting yourself and communicating in a professional manner in order to help and facilitate customer requests as seamlessly and efficiently as possible
    • Supporting the SSBO team in other administrative task that might be necessary

    Basic Requirements

    • Very good English 
    • Good communication skills, both spoken and written
    • Financial education or work experience in areas of accounting and invoicing
    • Oracle EBS R12 experience will be candidate's strong advantage, but we are open to candidates without any previous experience in this system
    • Attention to detail, patience
    • Good Microsoft Excel skills, familiarity with Google Office is nice to have
