Exactive are a Tier 1 Microsoft Communication Partner specializing in Cloud and On-Premise Unified Communications implementation and support services including Microsoft Teams, Skype for Business, Lync, Office365 and Exchange.  We have carried out some of the largest Microsoft Enterprise Voice Deployments in the UK and beyond and our reputation is second to none.  We are expanding by inviting candidates to help us deliver these Services throughout the world from our Gdansk office.

The role provides a significant development path both technically and personally to progress on your chosen track or to become one of the world’s leading Unified Communications Specialist.

Our Service Delivery Executives are responsible for delivering an excellent Customer Experience remotely or on customer sites, while working closely with other Delivery Team Members using our ITIL Service Framework.  They also provide and surpass a high level of service, meeting and exceeding SLA’s.  Exactive team members are our strongest brand representatives and as such are required to be highly professional, presentable and excellent communicators.

Exactive are a close team and support each other as such, learning from the challenges we are presented with.

Service Delivery Executive - 1st and 2nd line Support

Key Tasks:

  • 1st and 2nd Level Unified Communications Support
  • Managing 3rd Level Support communications with vendors
  • Meeting and exceeding SLA targets
  • Desktop Projects
  • Internal Projects
  • External Project Assistance


  • Degree in an IT related discipline
  • Vendor qualifications such as Microsoft certification would be advantageous


Experience with any or all of these technologies and products:

  • Microsoft Teams/Skype for Business/Lync
  • Office365
  • Exchange 2007/2010/2013
  • Active Directory, DNS, DHCP  
  • Desktop support XP, Vista, Windows 7 and Windows 8
  • Server support 2003, 2008/R2,2012/R2
  • Backup support such as Windows Server Backup

Experience in the following areas would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be given:

  • AudioCodes media gateways
  • Polycom devices, phones and video conferencing kit
  • Sonus/Dialogic Media Gateways and Survivable Branch Appliances
  • System Centre Suite Configuration Manager


Enthusiastic, hardworking, well-presented, professional and a team player with a keen interest in self-development, possessing excellent communication skills understanding the importance of building long lasting relationships with our clients.  All our communications with the clients is in English, so candidates must be able to communicate easily in English.

We offer:

Salary:90,000 -120,000 PLN per annum (dependent on experience)
