As a critical part of this, Fujitsu’s European Product business has some pivotal new roles aimed at driving a step-change in how it does business across all of its European territories.
Our vision is to transition ourselves into a consultative selling, solution-led business which is recognized as a market-leading trusted advisor in helping customers on their data transformation journey. You would be responsible for project delivery & customer experience of our new pay-per-use offering, a core and critical component for us to deliver on this vision.
This includes working closely with our regions on pay-per-use service delivery, focused on delivering exceptional customer experience. You’ll also be responsible for management of our risk in the field to ensure profitability targets are met, capacity management is performed and our assets are utilized to best effect.
Proven ability to foster trusted relationships with end customers; imaginative; can reach pragmatic solutions to challenges to the benefit of all parties;
Experience of setting up a new delivery organization and implementing end-to-end service processes working across multiple locales and interfacing into global delivery centers;
Leading the service delivery function for a varied portfolio of small to medium sized accounts, or elements of service delivery within a large account, in order to deliver contracted service commitments & continual service improvements;
Controls elements of service risks, service costs & improves productivity of commercially innovative (pay-per-use) contracts for customers & Fujitsu in order to increase profitability, continually improve cost effectiveness and deliver business outcomes;
Proactively manages internal and external suppliers in a service partnership as ‘one service team’;
Experience of effective capacity forecasting and management within a complex eco-system; adaptable and can readily identify areas for optimization; and
Identifies opportunities for new business and account growth.
