    Service Delivery Manager Team Lead

    Role Purpose

    Manager of group of Service Delivery Managers and Business Relationship Mangers working on various accounts. Providing mentorship, consultancy for SDMs in your team, developing and maturing service offered by the team. People manager for dynamic and growing group of managers. Managing relationship with the internal and external customers being able to communicate with senior level management. Ongoing management of operational facilities to provide the agreed levels of service, seeking continually and proactively to improve service delivery and sustainability targets.

    Key accountabilities:

    • Responsible for team development
    • Identify staff training needs and opportunities
    • Responsible for Recruitment
    • In contact with director and executives of accounts
    • Contract and Legal documents control
    • Business Reviews
    • Upsale and Portfolio management
    • Handle Escalation Management
    • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
    • Attract, excite and retain a team of best-in-class manager
    • Comfortable handling multiple challenging priorities in a dynamic environment
    • Management of relationship with the customers,

    Skills required:

    • Experience with Customer–facing Service Delivery Management  
    • Experience in stakeholder management including Senior\Leadership team inside and outside organization
    • Proven history as People manager in Service Delivery
    • Comfortable handling multiple challenging priorities in a dynamic environment
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Excellent command of English
    • Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships
    • Negotiation skills
    • Good budgetary experience, including financial reporting and forecasting
    • Practical knowledge and experience of ITIL Service Management
    • Experience of working collaboratively with internal suppliers
    • Enthusiasm, commitment, can-do attitude
    • ITIL V3 qualifications will be an asset
