Your responsibilities

  • Running Agile IT Service Management activities for an international Customer

  • Building and managing business relationship with the Customer

  • Cooperation with Customer representatives, 7N Consultants and other service stakeholders

  • Ensuring service partners and other vendors meet their service delivery contractual obligations

  • Managing the demand and Customer needs

  • Coordination of development (maintenance, enhancement) and support activities on daily basis using agile methodologies

  • Building and communicating the forward schedule of change for your business area

  • Coordinating releases with other impacted services

  • Managing various processes along IT Service lifecycle with special attention to Continual Service Improvement

  • Engaging in the escalation process, ensuring that business impact is fully understood and that service stakeholders receive regular updates

  • Defining, measuring and reporting on service deliverables

  • Cooperation with 7N Account Managers

  • Support in the process of 7N offering creation (proposing substantive input, display of creative and flexible approach to existing/future challenges in the service delivery)

Our requirements

  • You have at least 4-years of experience in a similar role in an IT Service and/or Project Management

  • You can provide few examples of improvements or initiatives you’ve run in the past proving your proactive attitude and the way you worked with similar services

  • You know that the only good tech is working tech, you know your service value

  • You understand what good service looks like and know how to make this happen

  • You revel in the details, happy to analyze and understand data relevant to your area

  • You can communicate clearly and concisely with a broad and varied range of stakeholders

  • You have an understanding of Agile delivery methodologies

  • ITIL framework: ITIL Foundation or higher certificates would be an advantage

  • Experience of using e.g. Jira, Confluence, or other tools supporting the development process

  • Capable of advanced usage of MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

  • Fluent spoken and written English

About project

Currently, we are expanding our 7N Service Delivery Team dedicated to provide services for an international client (pharmaceutical company).  As a Service Delivery Manager (SDM) working in an Agile environment, you will play a key role in bringing together our colleagues in the business functions, 7N teams, and within our key services partners, striving to ensure that our IT service is world-class, one which our customers and colleagues can take-for-granted will work brilliantly every day because we all know, the only good tech is working tech.
