Your responsibilities

  • Contract management, including internal and external governance,

  • Managing the IT Service Delivery contract team to delivery services matched with business needs,

  • Business service catalogue management for selected accounts,

  • Building and maintaining client relationships, both internally and externally,

  • Hosting service level / operations review meetings with clients,

  • Making sure that the SLAs are successfully achieved,

  • Ensuring efficient cost & risk management,

  • Efficient management of sub-contractors,

  • Delighting the client by ensuring that all deliverables for the client are met with contractual SLAs on an ongoing basis and client expectations are met or even exceeded,

  • Growing our client revenue by finding new opportunities to expand our scope of services,

  • Organizing and leading Service Delivery sessions, including incident review, problem resolution, capacity and service continuity planning,

  • Encouraging co-operative team to provide business oriented improvements,

  • Account team support.

Our requirements

  • 3 years of IT work experience with minimum 2 years of relevant experience in service management,

  • Practical knowledge of ITIL Service Management,

  • Strong communication, negotiation and leadership skills,

  • A good command English is essential,

  • Enthusiasm, commitment, can-do attitude,

  • A knack for establishing and developing business and professional relationships,

  • ITIL v3.0 or ITIL v4.0 qualification will be an asset.
