About the project

As a Service Delivery Manager you will be leading Operations team (about 5-10 persons) delivering services for an international client in pharmaceutical and animal health areas.

Your responsibilities

  • Defining Team`s vision and development path to meet increasing customer demand and new services

  • Coordination of solution support and maintenance activities (CRM systems, MDM tools, Pricing& Promotions systems, Business Intelligence and Reporting solutions, Data loading and validation engines)

  • Co-operation with DevOps/DataOps teams on managing current services and defining new ones (service scoping and estimation)

  • Leading knowledge transfer from Data and Product Engineering teams to Operations

  • Defining service enhancements as a part of Continuous Improvement

  • Maintaining good relationship with Service and Product Owners

  • Coordination of releases and deployments

  • SLA and Team Performance reporting

Our requirements

  • Experience in leading Agile Operations and/or Technical teams

  • Knowledge of ITIL

  • Knowledge of Service Desk tools (e.g. HP Service Center, JIRA Service Desk)

  • Experience with analytics, databases, data systems and client support

  • Knowledge of ETL processes and databases

  • Advanced level of English (daily communication, presentations and negotiations)

  • Proactive approach, research, problem solving and analytical skills

  • Strong planning skills and orientation on details


  • Practical knowledge of CRM, Pricing & Promotions, Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Practical knowledge of Business Intelligence platforms (e.g. Tableau, SAP BO)

  • Experience with setting up monitoring platforms

  • Experience in Change Management and Release Management
