Collaborate with managers on the client side and Ricoh side.
Take care of the solutions Ricoh provides.
A person would have to understand how service delivery works.
Be responsible for escalations.
The person we are looking for should have fluent knowledge of German and communicative English. To be successful in this position, a person should have experience in professional customer service, knowledge of service delivery from the technical side would be an added value. We expect approximately 2 years of professional experience in a related area. The person in the position must be ready for business travel.
