Your responsibilities
Lead Delivery Management activities and process on the account
Work remotely but be available to travel to site in Munich at least once a week
Act as escalation point for Service Management Process and Resources on the Account
Assist in investigation & diagnosis of all the Major Incidents & associated Problems that may cause delivery issues or undelivered of the services or components
Monitoring of actual IT Delivery achieved against SLA targets and to provide a range of IT Delivery reporting to ensure that agreed upon levels of delivery, reliability and maintainability are measured and monitored on an ongoing basis
Creating, maintaining and regularly reviewing a forward-looking Delivery Plan
Review & Manage Risk which has the potential to impact the Service Delivery & SLAs
Identify growth opportunities based on current contract deliverables

Experience in similar job position
Strong account management skills
Customer focused attitude
Fluency in English and German
Flexibility to travel every week
