Your responsibilities
- Troubleshooting skills and experience in handling resets and lotus Notes environment
- Troubleshooting skills on desktop and shrink-wrapped applications (MS office, Adobe etc)
- Troubleshooting skills on VPN connectivity, dial up, wireless routers
- Troubleshooting experience using remote control tools
Our requirements
- University degree or High school degree with education in the field of computer science.
- Prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role
- 3+ years of experience in IT support/Customer service role is required
- Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Good Customer relationship management skills
- Fluent in both Slovak/Czech and English
